Yeah – farmer’s market fresh radishes are a JOY.
And can be used in many ways…a buddy bought some farm-fresh ones, cut ‘em thin, and added the slices to her already famous pesto salad (with bow-tie pasta) last night. Incredible. It added an unexpected tang and crunch to a pasta party favorite we’ve loved for years.
